How Often Do You Move?

I love watching all of the house hunting shows. I know that some people constantly scour online ads in order to find the best apartment and may even move every few months. They end up with beautiful architecture and a chance for a fresh start or they even have lower rent than before.

However, the thing that always holds me back from actually doing this is just simply that I hate the process of moving. I just don't know anyone with a truck and I have lots of stairs up to my apartment so friends really don't want to help me move.
